ABOUT EZ’s Brick Oven and Grill

A local, award-winning restaurant with two locations, EZ’s Brick Oven and Grill offers pizzas, burgers and other menu options in a funky, retro 90’s themed environment. Mood Texas was excited to work with the team at EZ’s to help them highlight their expansive menu of from scratch cooking that’s made them a San Antonio favorite for more than 30 years.

THE Audiovisual Challenge

The challenge—provide EZ’s with an integrated digital menu board solution. Like many restaurant owners dealing with fluctuating ingredient costs, it was becoming difficult for the owners to print new menus every time there was a price change. Because they also have seasonal items that rotate frequently, they wanted to limit the cost and time associated with print advertisements to place around the restaurant. Going digital provided the most effective solution.

OUR Audio VIDEO System Solution

Wanting to uphold the eclectic look and feel of the restaurant, Mood designers built a custom digital menu board template that brought new life to the order counter. Samsung 55” LED Flat 4K UHD HDR TV’s were installed with SmartMount^® Universal Tilt Wall Mounts close to the counters, improving the guest experience without compromising the aesthetics of the diner look and feel. Our team also installed Harmony Digital Signage devices, allowing the owners to quickly update the digital menu boards with new items and pricing as many times as needed.
